After starting this little seasonal Firefly endeavor just two months before our debut market, we welcomed 2500+ people through the door at 1904 Pearl Street over a 3-day shopping spree this holiday season. We knocked the door right off it’s hinges!

With Ali of the Makerie and Keira of Keira Ritter Design Co. greeting shoppers up front, we had the opportunity to collect snippets of praise all weekend long. Thank you for expressing your enthusiasm for our curated handmade market. The response was so positive!

We set out to curate an aesthetic of handmade, recycled, creative goods right down to the marketing tools. These fireflies were created with newspaper, scrap wire, compostable teabags and LED lights for the Boulder Downtown Parade.

Kids of all ages joined in the holiday spirit. Our vendors donated loads of crafty scraps for Clementine Studio‘s magnificent making buffet.

Shoppers made an outing out of it, sometimes traveling in packs.

One maker sold out and then came just to make while she was amidst creative energy.

And the moral of the story is : We {heart} Handmade!
